The Good Edit Unfiltered is hosted by Elle Schwartz, a behavioral analyst and retired educator who watches reality television the way she spent a career watching people. Elle spent her working life in behavioral analysis, school counseling, special education, and university teaching. She now applies that training to how reality television is built, and to what the edit does to the women on screen. This is a show about context. The story an audience is handed is not always the story that happened. Elle challenges her listeners to understand the nuances of the housewife experience, including how that experience is sometimes shifted unfairly by the way an episode is cut. The result is analysis that takes these women seriously as people rather than punchlines. Every week brings scene by scene recaps, deep dive analysis, and conversations with rotating guests from across the reality and podcast worlds. Coverage spans the Bravo universe, Married at First Sight, and Love Island USA. The show is produced by Layered Media Inc. and Rude Mood Media, and executive produced by Elle Schwartz and Ric Swartzlander, a former comedy writer and showrunner with more than thirty years in television across CBS, NBC, ABC, and Disney, and a member of the Writers Guild of America. The Good Edit Unfiltered is the number one all time indie Real Housewives podcast on Goodpods and continues to rise in rank. The community is called the Edittors. Consider this your invitation.

Real Housewives of London Recap: Why Amanda Cronin Is the Engine, Not Just the Villain

Real Housewives of London Recap: Why Amanda Cronin Is the Engine, Not Just the Villain _Elle Schwartz makes the case that Amanda Cronin isn't the season's villain — she's its operating system. | Spoiler note: this episode is based on the complete UK season, which aired on Hayu in 2025. The Bravo and Peacock run in the US is still in progress. If you're watching there and you're not caught up, save this one. Most Real Housewives of London recaps work scene by scene. Creator | Host | Co-Executive Producer

Previously known for her brand BravoRecs, Kat brings years of fluency in the Bravo universe its personalities, storylines, and fandoms paired with quick wit and a fan's instinct for the moments that matter. As a Bravo Commentator, she turns each recap into something sharper and more revealing than the average reaction show.

Known for her humor and culturally fluent takes, Kat reads the Bravo universe through the lens of the fans who live in it, catching the shifts and subtext other recaps miss. Kimberly A. Bryant Profile Photo
Kimberly A. Bryant

Host | Associate Producer

Kimberly A. Bryant is Host and Associate Producer of The Good Edit Unfiltered, covering Bravo, Love Island USA, and Married at First Sight.
Kimberly has spent years inside reality television commentary. She cohosted The Villa Download, a weekly Love Island and Bravo aftershow, and she cohosts The Pop Culture Green Room. Her interview work has put her across the table from reality television cast members talking candidly about casting, filming, and what the edit left out. She is a writer, actor, and emcee, and has been seen on TMZ.
On The Good Edit Unfiltered, Kimberly works the fandom side of the analysis. Where the show digs into how production shapes a story, she tracks how audiences receive it — which moments travel, which reputations get built or dismantled online, and how the conversation around a cast member can harden into something the edit never quite earned. She also carries the show across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
She knows who said what, in which season, and why it still matters three years later.

Ric Swartzlander Profile Photo
Ric Swartzlander

Executive Producer

Ric Swartzlander brings more than thirty years of television experience to The Good Edit Unfiltered. A People's Choice Award winner for CBS's Gary Unmarried, Ric has built a career as a comedy writer, executive producer, and showrunner spanning CBS, NBC, ABC, TBS, TV Land, Lifetime, and Disney. His showrunner credits include Cougar Town, Gary Unmarried, The Soul Man, Devious Maids, and ABC's Rodney, which he also created. He created and executive produced NBC's Daddio, and his writing and producing credits include 8 Simple Rules, Samantha Who?, Ellen, Grace Under Fire, and Sports Night. His full body of work can be found on IMDb.
As a member of the Writers Guild of America, Ric knows how stories get built, how edits get made, and how a season arc takes shape long before an audience ever sees it. That insider fluency is exactly what he brings to The Good Edit Unfiltered, where he serves as Executive Producer and oversees editorial review and all talent booking for the show. When the podcast examines how a scene was constructed or why a storyline was framed a certain way, Ric is the voice in the room who has actually sat in those production meetings.
